The new 2006 Team is in training for the Brave New Voices
Festival in NYC in APRIL....

9/7/05 - howdy
folks..... we just got back from another totally fun gig in Humboldt with their
youth team!!
and a jolt to Moscow Idaho with a gig set up by our dear friend Sasha....
on 9/24/05 CSO team 05 (who came in third at the international
bnv slam in sf in april 05)
will have their CD release party on Sept 24, 05 at the Chico Women's Club on
3rd and Pine street
with our special friend from Brooklyn New York Carlos Gomez... and hopefully
the humboldt
youth slam team.....
in the next month try outs for the 2006 team will begin....and workouts will
follow....
we are also working on a history site...for CSO...of all the teams of the past
6/1/05 - howdy
folks..... we just finished up the last slam of the 05 winter/spring slam season
with
a incredible feature by Tshaka..... and just finished up recording Team 05 CSO
CD in the studio!
and will be for sale soon........
Team CSO 05 will be going on tour and doing some very
special dates this summer
what is already confirmed is
June 10, 2005 - Humboldt, CA(school gig during day and Humboldt Slam at night)
June 12, 2005 - Sonoma, CA (a special 60th birthday party for our friend Betty)
June 17, 2005 - San Francisco, CA (Youth Speaks Feature)

July 2006 - Cali Mountains Spoken Word Poetry Summit, Chico, CA
