On September 2, 1966 in Tokyo, Japan, Aaron Yamaguchi was born into a Samurai storytelling family with a deep heritage in shigin poetry of the royal court of Japan.

At age eleven Aaron was diagnosed with cancer, but healed spontaneously with no retrace to this day. Aaron began writing, illustrating and exploring his artistic family heritage in many artistic forms at this incredible healing time.

13 years of professional illustration, design, and multimedia work working for such firms as Lucasfilm LTD. Aaron is a developed storyteller, poet, spoken word craftman, and multimedia archivist with several degrees in the disciplines of Communication, Education and Fine Arts. Cofounder of his own Professional multimedia studio he integrates all these disciplines into performance, workshops and many artistic explorations and creations.
As the millennium becomes a knowledge based reality. New understanding have starting to reveal themselves at the cross-sections of many ancient disciplines. Aaron’s life experience coupled with his artistic background have uncovered a wellspring of useful artistic applications. Aaron shares these in performances that have a deep profound effect on its listener. As well in workshops that actively involve the participants and leave them with playful, life applications of written, spoken poetic and visual forms.
